("Wapiti" or the "Company"), note that on July 1, 2013, Wapiti Waste Management Inc. amalgamated with Advanced Flush Systems Inc. , operating an injection well and truck flush facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta by Order of Queen's Bench of Alberta date February 7, 2014 in Action Number 1403 01324. All persons having claims against the Company, whether liquidated, unliquidated, future or contingent, are required to present particulars of such claim in writing to the Receiver along with copies of any supporting documentation of such claims not later than September 30, 2014.
